BATCH PASTEURIZER

The batch pasteurizer has been specially designed to make the whole egg as germ free as possible. This is achieved by heating it to 62°C and keeping it at that temperature for 15 minutes. At the same time a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The liquid is then cooled to the desired temperature. The vat is filled in 1.000 litre batches.

The batch pasteurizer for liquid egg is made completely of stainless steel AISI 304. The parts which come into contact with the egg can on request be made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The inner tank is fitted with a shell for heating and cooling with water.

The temperature is precisely controlled (+/-0.5°C) by means of an electronic thermostat.

There are 4 basic models: 150 l/hr - 300 l/hr - 500 l/hr - 1.000 l/hr
