> DENATURATING SYSTEM
Denaturing is a colouring process of the egg product coming out of the centrifuge. The result of this process is a technical product unfit for human consumption.
The system build-up is very simple. A colouring product which has been mixed with water, is added to the egg product. This results in a detectable difference that is registered by a sensor.
